Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: November 5, 2026
At MUUD we want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a keyboard, screen readers, magnification or captions.
Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our reference.
Conformance status
This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA: most content meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. This statement covers muud.app; it does not cover the mobile apps or the school.muud.app and business.muud.app platforms.
How we evaluated it
Self-assessment using automated tests (axe-core) on every page and language, at 1280 and 320 pixels wide, plus testing of keyboard navigation, focus management, reduced motion and text spacing. We have not yet had an external audit or complete screen reader testing.
Known limitations
- Press features hosted on YouTube are third-party content: their captions depend on YouTube and they have no audio description.
- Blog articles and the EULA are available in Spanish only, even when you browse in another language.
- The account deletion request and demo scheduling use external Google forms, whose accessibility we do not control.
Report a barrier
If you run into an accessibility problem or need this content in another format, write to hola@muud.app with the page and what happened.
